  I was in a while back and I broke a bottle, one of the staff didn't even get slightly angry. I asked to clean it up and was told that it was totally fine, this happens a lot and we have insurance for this. I didn't even have to pay. Really really impressed with the staff.

  I've never been so irritated in an lcbo. I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff by being there. Started with 2 of them pushing a cart at me down narrow isles about 4 different times. I couldn't even shop I was just being pushed around and they left carts everywhere. I couldn't find a generic whisky my girlfriend wanted and asked for help locating it, I was rudely asked if I had the product code for the item. Really? Like I carry that around with me? They didnt have it, and had a terrible selection all around. Other customers asked for help while I was there and were also rudely told they didnt have very common beers. Finally when going up to the checkout I'm chastised for not putting my single cans of beer close enough to the cashier. We're talking a counter space of max 1.5 feet, and they were almost directly in front of her chest. Had to push them forward more before she would touch them. Just an unpleasant experience overall, maybe I'm just used to better service not being from the area. Won't return.

  Update to this review: I reviewed my receipt days afterwards and due to the cashier's little game she double charged me for a craft beer, par for the course.
