  Literally the worst service ever. The guy at the counter had no idea what he was doing, and left a bunch of important documents for my laptop missing from the box. I called afterwards, and all he did was me to call customer service. I don't recommend this place at all. Disappointed.

  3) All the electronic devices that are on display for testing are password locked so if you want to test them out, they don't work and when you ask them to open, they say they they don't have keys.

  This is just a sad excuse of a store. The staff need help. Please hire some people who have actual knowledge on products. Staff that are more considerate. And perhaps some more females.

  Over the phone I asked for them to specially reserve a copy of a game for me, however upon driving almost 45 minutes to get there, I see that they reserved the wrong version of the game. They didn’t have the version I was looking for and made me waste so much of my time. I confirmed with the gentleman that was there over the phone, several times for the version and he said “yeah that’s the one”. Terrible customer service, do not recommend to anyone at all. Didn’t even ask to help in anyway or if they could order it or anything, just let me walk out upon me telling them all this. Ridiculous.

  2) There's this one man on the cash register who gets irritated too fast, total turn off. He just looks sour all day and when asked a question, he is it ignores you and pretend to not know English ._.

  Very convenient and I found both HP ink cartridges in stock. Staff was friendly and polite, not pushy. Very clean.
